ACCESSING MY CLIENT PORTAL
If you are a current client at The Whole Soul Counseling, you will have already been given access to your Client Portal. You can find the link below to access this secure page.
Through your Client Portal, you can electronically sign documents, view any handouts your clinician has uploaded for you, view upcoming appointments and request new appointments, and send secure messages to your clinician.
The health of our clients, clinicians, and community is incredibly important to us. We are adhering to the current guidelines set by the county of Sacramento, and will shift when needed as those guidelines continue to change.
For all individual in-person sessions, we are asking for proof of vaccination prior to your first session. This can come in the form of showing us your vaccination card, a doctor's note on letterhead, or through your electronic vaccination record. To sign up for your electronic vaccination record through the California Department of Public Health, click here: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
If you are scheduled for an in-person session, and start to feel symptoms of COVID-19 or have had a known or suspected exposure to someone with COVID-19, please let your clinician know right away, as we can easily switch your appointment to Telehealth.
