I have spent most of my adult life chasing what I felt is my dream. I have succeeded in many areas as a husband, a father, and a student; however, my own life’s journey has taught me that my true passion lies within the change of others. I am inspired when my family, my classmates, or someone in my life that I know is struggling with life-related issues overcomes and succeeds.


During my time in the United States Army, I learned that mental fortitude is like a muscle. What can seem insignificant to one person can be insurmountable to another. With a little purpose, direction, and motivation, any challenge can be overcome. I decided after the Army that I wanted to spend the rest of my life helping others with similar issues as myself. Once called the Jack of All Trades, I strive to be well-rounded in many areas of healing. The areas most important to me are one’s mental wellbeing, physical health, emotional steadiness, and spiritual grounding. I am well-versed in Mindfulness and Spiritual Healing.
