Here's who we are hiring:

We are hiring for the following part-time (minimum 12 client sessions per week) and full-time (minimum 25 client sessions per week) positions to work in our California-based group practice:

 

• Associate Clinical Social Worker

• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

• Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

• Administrative Coordinator

We also accept applications for masters level students' practicum placement.  (Minimum one year commitment.)

Here are some details about our workplace:

 

We offer both in-person and Telehealth (secure video visit) sessions for clients.  All post-masters applicants must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences, and must be in (and maintain) good standing.
​​

​Individual and group supervision is available for all associates and practicum students.  Consultation is offered for all licensed therapists.  Our practice offers a steady referral stream of clients, administrative and billing support, and full marketing and advertising services.  We encourage all of our staff to create a balanced schedule for all employees to help prevent burnout.

 

Here's our compensation and benefits information:

​

The pay range for clinical team members ranges from $30-100 per session ($30-60 for associates, $60-100 for licensed folks) and is based on clinical experience, licensure status, and time employed with our practice.  Administrative staff pay starts at $25 per hour.  All employees are W-2 employees.

​

We offer health insurance options for full-time employees, and Simple IRA options for all employees who choose to opt in.  We are happy to offer some support with continuing education credits and other trainings on a case by case basis.  Additionally, all advertising costs, professional and general liability insurance coverage, HIPAA-compliant softwares, office rent, and office supplies are covered by the agency.
