Individual Therapy (Ages 12+)
A Confidential Space Just for You
Individual therapy provides a dedicated, one-on-one setting to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In this safe and non-judgmental space, we will work collaboratively to uncover insights, develop new coping skills, and move toward your personal goals for healing and wholeness. This is your time to be seen, heard, and supported unconditionally.

Family Therapy
Strengthening Connections, Fostering Harmony

Group Therapy
Healing in Community

Walk & Talk Therapy
For those who feel more at ease moving their bodies or being outdoors, walk & talk therapy offers a powerful alternative to office-based sessions. Combining the benefits of gentle movement, nature, and focused conversation can help unlock new perspectives and reduce the intensity that can sometimes come with face-to-face discussions. Your therapist can provide more information on how these sessions work.

Telehealth (Online Therapy)
Receive consistent, high-quality support from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Using a secure and simple video platform, telehealth sessions allow you to connect with your therapist when coming into the office isn't an option. Telehealth is available for clients located anywhere in California.
