The Whole Soul Counseling accepts various health insurance plans. Prior to commencing therapy, insurance verification is necessary. Each insurance provider operates differently, with some requiring prior authorization for services. Please ensure familiarity with your insurance plan by contacting the behavioral/mental health phone number on the back of your insurance card to understand the specifics relevant to your coverage.

Additionally, we offer private pay options. Rates vary depending on the clinician's level of expertise. For licensed therapists, private pay rates typically range between $160 and $200 per session. Associate therapists' private pay rates fall between $130 and $160 per session.
