Prior authorization must be obtained prior to starting services. Please note that there may be a copayment or coinsurance that is due the week of each appointment. It is recommended to learn the details of the deductible (if applicable) for your plan, as sometimes the deductible must be met prior to insurance covering psychotherapy sessions. In this case, the full amount of the reimbursement claim would be paid directly to this agency until the deductible is met. The amount of the reimbursement claim can be verified by Medicare and/or your secondary insurance provider.
