Jacqueline Caoile, Ph.D (she/her)

Clinical Psychologist

Together, we will explore the origins of your symptoms and emotions, the effects of past experiences, and how to create new strategies that will bring inner peace in your life. With a particular focus on women experiencing major life transitions, I am passionate about helping women uncover aspects of themselves that can bring them to a place of self-acceptance and meaning in life.

With twenty years of experience as a clinical and forensic psychologist, my therapeutic approach integrates both insight-oriented (psychodynamic) and skills-based (CBT) approaches to treatment. Through empathic and reflective listening, I will help you understand the roots of your issues, and provide guidance in developing concrete ways to cope with symptoms.

I know that taking the step to seek help takes a great deal of courage and a willingness to be vulnerable. Developing a strong therapeutic connection is essential to growth and healing, and I look forward to taking this journey towards wellness with you.
