INTEGRATIVE THERAPIES FOR THE MIND, BODY & SPIRIT
The Whole Soul Counseling
Therapy for those seeking holistic healing, true connection, and a fulfilling and empowered life.
We all experience difficulties throughout our lives. Some we can work through on our own, and others we can use some help in navigating. These difficulties can result from new or old traumas, any kind of loss, adjustment to a change (even welcomed change), unhealed wounds that were activated, or they can appear when we get tired of going through the same kinds of stressors again and again without any difference in outcome. Each of these things can create anxiety, depression, disconnection, and overwhelm within us, which can block us from living in the present moment, and prevent us from truly experiencing the unfolding of life. We can help you work through this.
Much of the time, we all understand the difficult decisions, tough changes, or experiences we need to review in order to heal and interrupt patterns that don't serve us well. But as we all know, it's much easier to ignore these things rather than work through them! However, when we're ready to take on the challenge of facing this difficult task, it can be incredibly helpful to have some support along the way. Though it can be tough, seeking that support can be such an important part of our healing journeys.

you touch everything."

At The Whole Soul Counseling, we take a holistic approach to therapy. We not only look at the complexities between thoughts and emotions, but we also incorporate discussion about physical health, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, connections, and spirituality. We provide a lot of psychoeducation regarding human behavior and psychology, as this knowledge allows each of us to develop more self-awareness and a deeper understanding of our own (and others') actions, along with when and why certain patterns started. Bringing attention to all of these pieces allows us to see ourselves as whole individuals; it reveals to us the wounds we need to heal, the areas of our lives we may need to give more energy to, creates a stronger and healthier connection with ourselves, and ultimately lends to our path of healing and balanced wellness.
