In most private practice settings like The Whole Soul Counseling, we are very different from something like a doctor's office. This can sometimes be confusing since we do take insurance, much like most doctor's offices, however, we are a very small company. We do not have a receptionist or a 24 hour phone service (most private practices do not). Additionally, it is imperative for a positive, healthy experience in therapy to ensure that it is a good client/therapist fit. We try to do our best to find the best match for each client and therapist.
