Life invites us into seasons of reflection, change, and becoming. You may feel ready to understand yourself more fully, strengthen your partnership, or live in greater alignment with your values. Something inside you knows it is time to grow.
I work with adults and couples who are willing to engage honestly in that growth. Many couples come wanting to rebuild emotional safety, improve communication, and deepen trust. Others want to strengthen what already exists and move forward with intention. Individuals often come seeking clearer identity, stronger boundaries, emotional steadiness, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Our work together is relational and reflective. Growth unfolds in safe connection. Accountability is part of the process, and the patterns that keep you stuck are explored in a safe space with curiosity and understanding. Therapy here is not about perfection, it is about willingness, insight, and steady progress.
With couples and marriages, we focus on emotional attunement, honest communication, and strengthening partnership. With individuals, we slow down emotional patterns, explore attachment and identity, and build self-trust that supports lasting change.
As a first-generation South Asian woman, I understand the lived experience of balancing cultural values, generational expectations, and personal evolution. I work with multicultural, queer, neurodivergent, and diverse communities in a way that feels affirming, culturally responsive, and grounded in respect. Your identity is not something to explain here, it is something to honor.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #161563) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #20860), providing services under clinical supervision. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, rooted in attachment-based and psychodynamic therapy. I draw from emotionally focused work and skills-based strategies when helpful, blending insight with practical tools in a steady and collaborative way.
With over 10 years in the mental health field, including advocacy, crisis support, community work, and clinical counseling, I bring depth and perspective into each session while maintaining warmth and clarity.
Outside of therapy, I stay grounded through travel, exploring different cultures, trying new foods, and sharing life with my husband, three dogs, and one cat. These experiences remind me that growth, connection, and curiosity are lifelong practices, and I bring that spirit into my work.
You deserve a life that feels aligned, connected, and grounded, within yourself and in your relationships. When you are ready to engage in thoughtful, intentional growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
