My clinical approach is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered frameworks. It is deeply shaped by the principles of common factors theory—the understanding that the quality of the therapeutic relationship, client strengths, and shared goals are among the most powerful drivers of change. I prioritize building strong, authentic connections with clients as the foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals affected by post-traumatic stress (PTSD) and generational trauma. I also find deep meaning in working with children and families, helping to foster connection, resilience, and emotional well-being across generations. My practice honors the relationship between individual healing and the broader social and historical context. I integrate elements of narrative therapy and liberation psychology to help clients reclaim agency and meaning in their lives.
Currently pursuing my MSW at the University of Southern California, I bring curiosity, cultural humility, and deep respect for the courage it takes to begin the healing process.
Outside the counseling space, I enjoy reading, taking nature walks with my family, and exploring the diverse cultures and cuisines around the area.
“To be seen, to be heard, to be understood—this is the beginning of healing.”— Unknown
